3D View and Altitude info |

I am very new to Quo. Created my forst route but could not see it in 3D. Kept getting message like- 'Error occured while loading 3D view'
'Cannot find digital terrain model data'
Also when I go to Route Card I have no Altitude in and the Profile graph is empty.
can anyone help please? I am not a computer whizz either.

Did you download free and demo maps and data from Welcome Screen (menu Help > Welcome Screen)? If not do so to get free overview maps and altitude data (digital terrain model).
