   DEAR QUO USER,

Quo v2 2.1.7 update is ready! 

Please read all infomation before updating

A. PROGRAM UPDATE
-----------------------------

You don't need to uninstall previous version of Quo v2.

Make sure Quo v2 is not running during update.

Also make sure you install the update into the existing Quo v2 folder (default location is C:\Program Files\Mapyx\Quo v2\, but if you installed Quo v2 for example to C:\Quo2\ or E:\Quo2\ use this location instead).

1. Download new setup file from this location:
http://download.mapyx.com/quo_files/v2/quo2_setup.exe

2. After download is complete run setup file and follow on screen instructions.

B. MAP HEADERS UPDATE - FOR IRELAND MAPS ONLY!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you don't have any Ireland maps installed you can ignore this section!

1. Download Quo installation script from this location:
http://download.mapyx.com/quo_files/v2/update_map_headers_Quo_v217.qs2

2. Run Quo v2 and go to menu Help > Open Installer File...

3. Browse for downloaded file update_map_headers_Quo_v217.qs2 and open it.

IMPORTANT:
- If there are any files in the installation list click Install.
- If the installation list is empty it means that you don't have any map headers that needs to be updated - in this case click Cancel (close Installation window).

	IMPORTANT NOTES This update is needed if you are using Q-Browser as default Quo browser and you wish to use BarclayCard payment system. This update is needed if you have Ireland maps installed and you wish to use Ireland Grid Reference coordinate system. This update is needed if you bought any of the OSNI 25K map series (Glens, Lough Erne, etc.). New OSNI 25K maps only works with the latest Quo v2 2.1.7! For all users running Quo v2 2.1.4 or less... New Quo setup does NOT contain any free and demo maps and data. To obtain free and demo maps and data use WELCOME SCREEN inside Quo. By default Welcome Screen pops-up when Quo is started, however if you disabled this feature, use menu Help > Welcome Screen... On the left side of the Welcome Screen you will see DOWNLOAD buttons for each country Great Britain, Slovenia and Ireland. Use them to download free and demo maps and data. We have also removed XYZ British Isles maps and replaced them with OpenStreetMap maps (generated specially for Quo). You will find them under menu Maps > Great Britain 2009. This are now FREE maps for Great Britain.

FIXES - Fixed bug in Export to Mobile function. - Fixed bug in Calibration Tool. - Fixed bug in Tranter's Correction function. - Fixed bug in Q-Browser. - Fixed Irish Grid coordinates in Quo v2 Mobile application.
