Ok, I came across your site and to be honest it all looks good.  So I decide to download the software and give it a go. What a disappointment!!!!! As a current user of memory map I'm expecting, from your own ads, to be able to use the maps I surrently own, but no I can't! Anyway I carryon, thinking this "free" link to wlaking world should be interesting cos as I'm already a paid up member it would save me £18 a year. But no when I get there you have to sign in.  So I carryon again to find all this anglers data but I cant find any!!

The only question I'm left with is whether or not you deliberately chose to mislead me just to get me to download you software and get hit with your spam mail, I concluded the answer is yes.  Your software doesn't live up to your own hype, which is a shame cos it looked really good!

We are sorry that you are disappointed and it is unfortunate.

We do not state anywhere that you can use Memory Map maps in Quo.  You can read MM files (not maps) if you so wish.  In fact, it is possible to import Jpeg or other maps from any source, but they are images and not someone else's programme files since that would be a breach of copyright.  It is unfortunate that you were not aware of this.

With regard to Walking World, there is a section on the forum:
Step 1. Right click anywhere on a map. From the menu select Search for Routes - Walkingworld Image>

Step 2. Qbrowser will load with the list of all Walkingworld routes in that area. From the list select the Route you wish to view. Image>

Step 3. You will get Short Route summary. To get the full Route information you have to login with existing Walkingworld user account details.

Step 4. To load Route in Quo click on the Add to Project link. Image>
.

The Anglers diary is exactly what it says it is and has automated menus and drop down lists.

Nothing we have stated in any of our material should have led you to erroneous conclusions.  However, we can assure that that we have not deliberately set out to mislead you or anyone else.

We have tens of thousands of users who do believe that our software does live up to its reputation, including many who have transferred from MM to Quo and have given nothing but praise.  There is no hype, just plain and simple facts available to read.  It is unfortunate but inevitable that a few people do not agree (for whatever reason) but that is their prerogative.

We hope that you enjoy using your current chosen software whatever it might be.
